On PULLLOVE.COM delivery in Italy is FREE.

Thanks to our tracking system you, can always be updated on the status of your order.

Login and click on “My Orders”. You will see a list of your orders. Click on the order you want to monitor.

• If the order is “confirmed” this means that we are preparing the shipment. The time needed to prepare a Standard shipment is around 7 working days
• If the order is “shipped”, please click on the “ID Tracking” search number. You will be redirected to the website of the courier TNT where you can check the status of your shipment
